Aerator Motor Replacement
Electrical Engineer responsible for replacing existing twenty-four Aerator motors 40/60/125 HP single and multi-speed. New design utilized a Rockwell MCC with VFDs. Complete Construction documents and stamped drawings were issued. Bid and construction support was provided. VFDs were controlled by Ovation PLC system (designed by others). A 32KW N+1 system Eaton UPS system was designed for all network equipment.
Washington State Ferries (12 years)
Electrical system for movable bridges, Vehicle transfer spans and Over Head Passenger walkways. Shore power design, PLC programming of hydraulic and cable system bridges. Terminal design of power, lighting, security systems, remote control of bridges, standby generator systems. Communications and fiber optics for data and telephone systems. Annual Electrical Inspections of the Terminal Facilities, Bridges and ARC flash Studies.
Study to Replace 15KV Switchgear and IPS Pump System
Completed study to replace 15KV switchgear, 800HP motors for the IPS pump station. Completed study to replace HVAC equipment and heat pumps.

Electrical design and construction documents for up-grading two buildings with new motors, lighting, power and control system.
